A review that is long overdue. Don’t know what’s happened to their customer service. Sat on a chair for over 4 hours for my hair to not come out how I wanted it to. I would have been understanding of this but the lady who did my hair (can’t remember her name) didn’t even bother to see if I’m okay and happy with my hair (literally would’ve taken her a minute). I’ve literally recommended so many people to this salon - friends and relatives. Not anymore. And definitely won’t be returning. It’s a shame because it used to be a really friendly professional and competent team.

Expressions is the only place I will ever go for my hair! Lisa has been the perfect hairdresser and friend for 2 years now and I will always keep making the journey back from uni to get my hair done by her! The apprentices in the salon are always amazing and so are the other stylists - Kev is a great manager and always a friendly face around the salon. 10/10 ❤️
