Steve is a fantastic personal trainer and has an incredible wide-range of knowledge on how to better yourself. His mobility plan he provides continues to benefit me every day and whenever I have an issue with a movement/pain/stretch he is there to show me how to come through it all.I would recommend Steve to anybody who needed assistance with mobility in the gym/sports.

I have trained and consulted about fitness/ mobility with Steve for around 10 years and couldn’t have asked for a better PT! He got me through multiple Spartan races, the London marathon and 3 white collar boxing fights- all by adjusting my training programs, managing injuries and advising on nutrition. The best thing of all is he focused on exercises I enjoyed e.g. pad work and HIIT which motivated me to also train in my spare time. I would highly recommend Steve to any new potential clients.
