Newcastle Tiles and Adhesives

Sadly, we have had a really bad experience with this store buying tiles. Worst customer experience we’ve ever had. This company gave us a delivery time scale of 3 weeks, tiles did not come for almost 5 weeks. As a result we had to mess around our scheduled tiler. When asking for updates regarding our order we were told lies, given a different time scale each time which later turned out to be the store guessing rather than chasing up the order. This resulted in our tiler being delayed twice which was terrible.We now missed out on our tiler and have had to have carpets fitted before hand due to tile delay. We are out of pocket, are having to move into our house unfinished and have been offered no compensation or solutions from the store. Would never buy tiles from this unprofessional, dishonest company again. They appear to have no consideration for their customers or other people within their trade which they are happy to mess around as long as they are getting their money for goods they fail to deliver as promised.
