What can I say, Dean from Four Winds has quite literally saved our holiday. Our cars expansion tank split, causing lots of steam from under the bonnet and lots of water spilling down the road. We limped the car back to our holiday home nearby, using all our drinking water which we thankfully had with us. Then we called Green Flag, who sent Four Winds out to us. Dean arrived quickly and to say he saved our holiday is no exaggeration. Dean didn't just do a patch job (as some other garages might do) he actually went off, got a new expansion tank and coolant and came back and did a full replacement of the tank! He was absolutely brilliant, before Dean arrived, we had been so worried that we might have to either wait days for a full repair somewhere, or face being towed back to Dorset. Dean was outstanding and so nice, nothing was too much trouble for him. Later on that day we were driving one way and we passed Dean driving the opposite direction and his happy wave to us out the window made our day even happier! Called Greenflag to look at an oil leak on my Ford Kuga while on holiday in Newquay. Four winds garage had a guy to me in not more than a hour. He had a good look under the car and took the undertray off. Luckily the leak was very minor and we could use the car and get it sorted back home. Good job.

Fourwinds came to the rescue of my transit tourneo in Cornwall and promptly and professionally recovered the vehicle back up to Edinburgh within 3 days of the breakdown. All completed with friendly smiley staff not a scratch on my vehicle and worked around our needs being so far from home. HUGE THUMBS UPThank you

Doug from Fourwinds attended a non start via Volvo assist. (an intermittent issue over the last few weeks) a very experienced & most pleasant chap. who was not happy to just slave start and move to the next job, he spent time running diagnostics on relays etc . and concluded that the existing battery was U/S - no problem for Doug a new battery on the van fitted & tested within the hour and all at a very reasonable price. 30+ years an RAC patrolman who came out of retirement because he was bored - proper job, an asset to your business Fourwinds thank you
