Amazing Sattva Yoga classes with Helen Kay - I could not recommend them highly enough. Helen is the only Sattva practitioner I have come across in London. The practice is so beneficial for mind body and spirit and suitable for everyone.

It is by far one of the best yoga studios in London. They have plenty of yoga styles to choose from at different schedules (including early and late ones), teachers are very skilled and they follow you through your progress, making adjustments when needed. Prices are very good for the average prices of yoga classes in London, especially if you get an unlimited membership. The studio teachers also organize regular workshops/courses for beginners and yoga retreats in stunning locations. The studio manager Cris is lovely and very helpful. She was very understanding when I had an injury and had to stop practising for a while. I would recommend this to all yogis.

Firstly I do not normally leave reviews until I have experienced a service/product for at least a month. Its now been nearly two months since I started classes at Dragonfly. This is going to be a long review, but there is just so many positive things to say. So a bit of history, I have always loved Yoga but I practiced at home with the help of You Tube and online classes. I have to say there is something really special about doing yoga in person with a qualified teacher. I tried a few classes here until I found the right one for me. Yin and Yang classes are my personal favourite because I am 'on the go' all week and this just settles my mind, body and spirit. All the teachers are wonderful. I have experienced Leonora Lihou, Giovina Guerra. They both have a very unique and personal flow to their classes. Easy to understand and follow. Giovina gave me some really good tips to achieve a headstand in a safe way! and Leonora is just bursting with a great personality and joy! I often leave her classes laughing! Andrea Castillo has a very calming nature and explains the moves in great detail. I can now confidently practice at home in between sessions knowing that I am aligning my body correctly. The staff here are amazing, so friendly and after a hectic week seeing friendly faces really lifts me. The coffee is amazing (best I have ever had). Its so spacious, I recently bought my sisters here just for a coffee. They are both still nervous about going out (Covid related) but because there is space in between tables they absolutely loved it. The only one thing I would mention is that I wish they offered Yoga Teacher Training here. I am looking to become a yoga teacher and would love to do it here. I have booked an introduction to Yoga teacher training elsewhere but if Dragonfly offered the full course I would definitely book. Sorry for the long review but you will not be disappointed! @Sukwarsha Sukie.

The environment is peaceful and clean (despite the building work!), the teachers and volunteers are always kind and respectful, fellow students are all nice and make practice peaceful and concentrated, without being intimidating or off-putting. I always feel refreshed and happy when I walk out onto the High St. Thanks!

I like most of the classes and instructors, especially Ella and Helena, but the place could be more clean and it is incredible hot downstairs, no air conditioning, no air circulation. I do not recommended it to my friends.

The right level of challenging, but supportive yoga sessions. It isn't a problem that I can't do as much as some others, while the instructor is always stretching it for those who are experienced. A really nice place to do yoga

I've been coming to Dragonfly for the last 6 months and it's a real community gem.I have the unlimited pass and it's excellent value, not to mention so easy to book or change classes as needed. The staff are so friendly and welcoming which makes it a lovely atmosphere.I've tried lots of different classes and teachers, all of which are excellent. Lots of different styles and paces, and I like that there are also Pilates classes mixed in with the yoga so there are lots of opportunities to fit movement of different kinds into your week. There are a good range of different times for the classes to fit all kinds of different schedules.I particularly like the Sunday afternoon Yin class with Laura which is the perfect end to the weekend for me and so calming and relaxing.Special mention also to Giovina - her classes are my favourite especially Monday morning Ashtanga. She is a wonderful warm teacher who challenges you but also holds lots of space for modifications as needed. If you are a seasoned yogi looking for a challenge or a brand new beginner wanting to try yoga, Dragonfly has something for you which is quite impressive if you think about it!

I have enjoyed attending a weekly yoga class here for some time, but really disappointing that the prices have suddenly increased - five class pack price is now apparently £75 instead of £55 previously. This is a big jump and whilst the teachers are great, I don’t feel the ‘community centre’ look and feel of the venue justifies £15 per 1 hour class. It’s not affordable to attend regularly any more, especially if you have a separate gym subscription elsewhere on top. A shame.
