Absolutely dreadful service and workmanship. Owner is abusive. Goods supplied broken and ill fitted. Stay well clear of this company. I had to select 1 star not even worth that!

Fantastic customer service received throughout, as a customer I felt I was always put first I also felt the staff was very knowledgeable and helpful and nothing was to much trouble!The purchase and installation was straight forward.Very professional highly recommend this company for all your fire place needs.

Recently had a multimedia wall done with electric fire built in. Girls in the showroom could not be more helpful in helping my vision come to life! After seeing the reviews I was hesitant but no need to be, even met the owner who was really helpful, was very honest in his opinion but I prefer this rather then a fake sales person just trying to get the sale! would highly reccomend!

Be very wary of this company. I have recently had a log burning stove installed and the service I had was terrible, completely unprofessional company to deal with. Took ages to arrange for the chimney to be assessed, I had to chase them numerous times. Completely got my order wrong, their contractors fitted the wrong hearth and their quality of work was very poor, didn’t mortar the brickwork properly and left mortar to dry on the brickwork without cleaning it off. I then had to have my drain unblocked as they emptied their waste down my outside drain. I complained to the fitters but they denied it. I asked for the owner to contact me but not once did he make contact.They finally came back to change the hearth which was fine, but then they fitted the wrong wooden bean across the chimney breast. I contacted them again and they would not take responsibility for their failings and incompetent staff, and refused to reorder the correct one saying it was the one I ordered.This company also require the full costs before installation which is totally unprofessional, I paid 50% upfront (not a problem) but then they wanted the remainder the day before delivery.I have no complaints about the independent Hetas Engineer (Stuart), he was great and his work was exceptional. I would not normally leave reviews but in this instance, I feel that I should share my experience with others.

Only giving 1 star because I can’t give any less. Owned our paragon 5 fire for just over 12 months. After 6 months of fire not lighting (pilot won’t even light), we reported to Tamworth Fireplace. Was told to speak to the manufacturer directly because the battery in the fire may need changing (there is no battery in our fire, it’s mains powered - as confirmed by manufacturer). Was told I would have a call returned by the manager/owner, whatever title he goes by. Never received call from him. Over the summer, no real reason to light the fire. Came to autumn/winter this year, still have a fire which does not light. Have called time and time again. Have still never had a response from the “owner”. Gets a poor reception girl to do his dirty work. Last phone call we made, we have been told unfortunately now you’re out of warranty, oh and you need a service, this might be why the fault is occurring. Interesting. Well the fault was present at 6 months, did we need a yearly service then? Stay away from this company. Absolute trash customer service and a “manager/owner” who doesn’t have the decency to return a phone call. Something to hide?

Had a fireplace fitted by the lads fantastic set of lads was prompt quick and made it easy to understand the process from beginning to end made it so effortless

Really poor customer service. Aggressive manager. Don't trust their fitter either for stove installation. They just take your cash and aren't interested in helping to resolve the issues at all. Much better companies locally who are helpful and offer better pricing.

Rude rude rude !! Look at the replies from the reviews for this company and you can determine for yourselves the unprofessionalism of this company !! Most mention the rudeness of the gentleman by the name of Barry !! He is a bully.. please steer clear of this incompetent business !! £4.000 !! 6 months later fire has stopped working. I am now seeking legal advice !!
