Ordered a cold drink and a warm bake. The food was disappointingly cold. The state of the floor was shocking, and food was everywhere. A member of staff wandered over to clean the tables by wiping the crumbs off the tables and onto the already filthy floor. Many people entered the premises just to use the toilet. Lots of free parking, but I doubt I will support this branch of Greggs again.

Went in today to buy some yum yums and to use the toilet, however, when I asked for the code Julie the supervisor after thinking about it, told me it was broken (pretty sure shops do this so they don’t have to clean them). So I ask her how long has it been broken and if the head office knew about it to which she said it had been broken for months and that the head office knew. So I’ll email the local council food standards department and let them they are operating outside their licensing requirements as people were sat inside consuming food within the premises but were unable to use the facilities to wash their hands for months.

Good Gregg's, stuff goes quickly here so it's usually still warm which is great. There might not always be what you want but there's still a lot of the other foods usually.

Gone many times at various points during the day, and the majority of the food I have received has been a bit cold, but thankfully, I can still enjoy it.
