The guys at Pitshill are fantastic!Had a continuous problem with a Ford Focus, water getting in engine causing problems with core plugs!Other garages couldn't seem to solve the issue!These guys have been so quick and professional, also provided some ideas to help prevent the issue, due to a design fault on engine!Fantastic service and price!Highly recommend!Won't go anywhere else!Many thanks Pitshill Team!Worth way more than 5 stars!!

Had my car mot here and it seems as though they are on a mission to put down as many advisories as they can advised tyres that still had 4mm of tread under trays fitted (so what) rusty under parts ( what car hasn’t ) body kit fitted over sills ( factory fitted) I work alongside the DVSA and I don’t see the amount of advisories on hgvs in a month there mot tester is obviously very unsure of the regulations so just advises everything do not take your car here for a mot unless you want a massive list of unnecessary advisories and probably a fail I will never take a car there again very unprofessional outfit

If you want to be charged over the odds with no warning of the bill or timescale involved in getting your car fixed then this place is for you. As well as that don't expect courtesy calls or cars, don't expect a proper break down of your bill or any kind payment options when they hit you with £500 bills out of the blue. This place also specializes in ignoring potential customers waiting to be dealt while other customers who are picking up their car can expect long winded complicated stories about how they didn't expect the job to be as big as it was and how they had to specially order the parts.I have been put off supporting my local garage in favor of going to be a bigger place with more legal accountability for their work.Expect poor customer service, being sent home with more problems then you turned up with as well as a deflated sense of pride, the feeling that you are thick, an empty wallet not to mention a sore yet lubricated posterior. I operate on a 3 strike rule and they have all been used up now - in 6 months this garage has charged me around £1000 and it has cost me 9 additional days of work when I've had to go back the day after getting a 'fixed' car to have it looked at again.Don't waste your time here, really!

I can't rate this garage highly enough. I've been coming for about 5yrs.They are warm, friendly and never charge more than is necessary even when I when I go in and profess my absolute ignorance of anything car related. I'd give 6stars if I could. :)

Got me on the road for work in 20 minutes. Top garage highly recommended.
