Excellent customer service, always friendly & helpful staff who give good advice about their products. I bought a corner sofa from Springvale a couple of years ago and due to the nature of the leather it fades over time due to wear and tear (we have six people living in our house so it gets lots of use). They recommended their Aniline Colour Restorer to bring it back to life!! I am so happy with the end result, my sofa looks like new again. With regards to the overall quality of the sofa i cannot fault it in any way, the cushions have all kept their shape and there has been no sagging, top quality. You can clearly see from the photo on the right where i have left a patch untreated in the middle of the cushion compared to the rest of it, i would highly recommend the colour restorer.

Visited the showroom before Christmas and were greeted by a lovely helpful lady who offered her knowledge and expertise in order to help us make a well informed decision on our purchase. The sofas were made and arrived in January. The gentlemen delivering were super too and the process was a problem free one. We are thrilled with the look and quality of our new 3 and 2 seater sofas. We would highly recommend Springvale Leather as it offers a very friendly, expert and professional service from start to finish and is totally deserving of the 5 stars.

Wonderful company to deal with, incredibly helpful, nothing is too much trouble. Quality of new sofa exceeded our expectations. Extremely comfortable and the colour is a perfect match for the room it is in. Looking forward to ordering at least one more for another room!

A top class company. All the furniture is made by themselves which means many types of adjustments can be made - in seat width, cushion depth, colours, materials which makes buying a truly personalised experience.We first bought a suite from them many years ago, and later some occasional chairs to match. It all remains looking like new but now my wife is disabled we called down this week to look for a Rise and Recline chair and a suite to accompany it. The assistant was extremely friendly and knowledgeable in explaining all the options. Simply a wonderful unique experience.One thing to bear in mind, however, although there is a car park and accessible doors there are only steps to the upper floor - no lift, which was a shame.

The service from Springvale Leather is exceptional!! I emailed to ask if they could create Art Deco style sofas and a chair. Sarah was amazing. She sent swatches of leather that arrived the next day and she was such a delightful person to deal with. I visited the showroom later and I was so impressed by the quality of what I saw and the bespoke service that this company offers . Everyone was so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. They even stitched a few leather samples so I could be sure of my choice. It was also really helpful to have this to take away when I was choosing my carpet. My two sofas and chair were delivered today . They were unpacked and set up by the team and I am over the moon with purchase
