I had a very positive experience with Jonathan Pearson who helped us immensely in the seamless move from one property to another. I was very anxious because I had about 3 weeks of gap between my move out Date and the move in date of the new property. Thankfully, both the properties were managed by Life Residential and with the help of Jonathan, I was able to extend my stay at my current property. This came as a great relief as it saved my holiday plans from being ruined. I am very thankful and grateful to Jonathan and Life Residential for considering my situation and helping me with this seamless transition.

I paid all of their management and letting fees when I rented the flat from them for two years. Who the hell knows what the letting and management fees are used for? for them to take comfortable, warm seats in the office. I had complained to them about the tenant using the living room as a place to live and sleep. This could harm the couch. They hadn't taken any action in that regard. I quickly replaced the agent when the previous tenant moved out, he stole kitchen and bathroom storage units and damaged the sofa. I attempted to get this from my tenant deposit, but I was only given a £180 instead. The agent is unwilling to accept accountability. i even paid over £200 for inventory check in and check out report. that was worthless.The agent is pulling back, deciding not to pursue this further. I would advise against using a Life Residential agent, terrible letting and sales Agent!!!

It has been an absolute pleasure working with Juliet H in securing and moving into our new house. I had a very good experience with Life Residential for my recent rental. Scott Borg was my point of contact, he was excellent. He was highly professional, transparent, patient and a great communicator. A great guy. I would certainly look to work with Scott and Life Residential in future.

Life is very slow to replies, you will often have to chase them up and it could take weeks to months for them to get back to you. The quality of their work and their communication is awful. Lots of mistakes and not professional as a company. The property handed to us stated professionally cleaned but it was so dirty to the point of disgusting, black curly hair EVERYWHERE! We were suggested to clean the place ourselves cause their in house cleaner had come by twice already (life called them back and got them to do it again as it wasn’t up to standard apparently). The picture attached was the end result.Handed the place back, fully professionally cleaned, mended a lot of broken things and improved the quality of the flat before leaving. They turned around and said the place was “clean with omissions”. I laughed cause it was so much more cleaned than the handover. They were too lazy to update their inventory. Fault on their end but we pay the price. Give very serious consideration before considering life as your silent residential liaison.

I'd like to point out that any concerns or questions I had were addressed promptly, and I felt confident in their ability to manage the property at Avalon Point. Especially during the referencing period, Scott was great in assisting with handling information and ensuring things kept moving forward!
