Awful delivery service and even worse customer service. They charged a ridiculous amount of money for delivery, £45, and they failed to even deliver to our address. We had to go meet the truck, pick up the tiles, load them into our car, and carry them to our house ourselves, each pack weighing 25kg. When we told them about this, they didn't even have the decency to refund us the delivery cost. I wouldn't use this company ever again. (PS. They say on their website that they have ''trade prices for the public''. Their prices are no different than many other tile shops. Plus with their extortionate delivery charges which never arrives to your address anyway, it adds up to more.)
