We were nervous as it's the first haircut my son has had since lockdown but all was great and felt very safe. He now looks smart ready to return to school!

Appointment on time , hair cut superb as usual , same high standards for ten years , now providing ear and nose wax service , highly highly recommend...

Used this business a month ago and so booked two appointments for today 13/10/23 starting at 10am. I arrived 10 minutes early to find another customer outside. The shop was shut. He told me he had an appointment for 9:30am so he has been waiting in the rain for 20 minutes. We both waited together until 10:12am when he gave up and left. I waited another 10 minutes. I think this is very unprofessional to not contact your pre booked customers through your own system if you can't make it to fulfil your appointments. You wasted two peoples time and lost two repeat customers today. Shocking considering the financial climate you run a business in.
