Damaged a very expensive motorhomeThe owner doesn’t know how to carry out there work properly. Which caused permanent damage to my motorhome

Spent 10 k for damp repairs with miles. The vehicle came back delaminated. Miles explained that due to the extensive repair work that this was the outcome and can't be helped.I have sought legal advice and they have said this is not part and parcel of damp repair work etc .I have spoken with miles and he said there is nothing he can do about it.Before the work was undertaken it wasn't explained that delamination could very well be the outcome.I have had a second opinion and they have said the work is not up to standard.On closer inspection there is bonding glue over my doors, screws without caps. , Details not finished and major delamination on the exterior.I have expressed major concerns to miles and to no avail.I have asked miles for his liability insurance which he has refused to give me ... I think that says alot about a business that are refusing to give Thier insurance details.I will now be seeking further legal advice and will look to go to courtDon't waste your time......Picture included is my van and a customers van they are using to sit the props. ...Highly unprofessional.

We were on our way to the Bristol balloon festival in August. In the morning I smelt gas in the Gas Locker. As were going to go straight to Dover from the Balloons for a prolonged stay in France I wanted to get any issue resolved asap.I looked on the internet and phoned about half a dozen motorhome service engineers ranging from mobile to main dealers no one could help in my time frame.Then I phoned MJB and they said to come straight in and they would find time to have a look.MJB could not have been more helpful and were very professional. They found the leak, replaced the leaking washers and retested.Thankyou for sorting our problem straight away and letting us continue our holiday worry free.We have no hesitation in recommending this business.

My regulator went when on a solo trip and these guys managed to fit me in so quick. Prices were super reasonable, service was fast and they were so so friendly. Genuinely considered driving the 200 miles back this way just to get more work done on my motorhome - there is no one as fab my way. Couldn't recommend any more!!

Allowed to drive away after not completing work and dangerous to drive. The worst Service. reported to DLSA who are staying an investigation. I would beware.

Emergency repair to Motorhome drain valve was performed promptly, efficiently and courteously.Very fair itemised bill too!The office manager even insisted on making us both tea while we waited.

I've had a couple of pieces of work done by Miles and the team.The first was fitting a wifi aerial, which they did an amazing job of. It was incredibly neat, invisible wiring and exactly what I asked for. Becky in the office was super helpful and very welcoming.I took it back to have some additional work, on my kitchen which ended up being much more complicated, but again super neat job, well finished, done with a smile and they fit me in at the last minute. Did a gas test on my appliances to be extra thorough and they even let me do my work from their office space and brought me a coffee (and I had my own wifi with their help...) :DI have high standards and MJB really nailed the work they've done for me - couldn't recommend enough. Great business

Calked in at very short notice for general advice and help with a broken catch and received top class ,friendly service.Thoroughly recommend MJB for habitation work on Motorhomes,Campers and Caravans.

Highly recommended, nice company to deal with and very professional. I needed a replacement water pump for my motorhome in a emergency. They kindly supplied me one from their own stock. Big thanks, I'm off wild camping tomorrow and wasn't looking forward to no running water.
