The advisor I spoke with was incredibly condescending. The security guards were friendly and more helpful. I didn't know that a simple question (which requires a simple answer) would lead to someone trying to get a kick out of making someone seem and feel idiotic. If everyone had a job you wouldn't have one my friend. For the record I am employed but I did need some information. CAB in future I think.

I went with my mate to get him NI number sorted, he doesn't speak English just yet but I have been asked to sit down and wait, straightaway been told off for sitting down (only one chair and it was chair for staff only) and then asked outside because of Health and Safety. Forget about helping him, I couldn't even wait inside. This seems unacceptable, kicking me out into the rain :/ fabulous Jobcentre! :/

For national insurance number we have been there the gentleman was very helpful and very much polite but the security guard was very much like a dog and the lady called AMARJIT was so much rude and impolite, she knows the person was not speaking English fluently still her behaviour was unpleasant while she should be helping the person...... This lady is a nightmare woman of hell

Such obnoxious staff. Went with a friend to get his National Insurance number. Quite a few people inside so we waited for staff to sort him out, when a lady came and demanded that I leave, otherwise she’d “have security to escort [me] out” Just rude, condescending and appalling attitude from her. Next time if you want people to leave for ‘health and safety’ tell them nicely.

Came here with friend to get a national insurance number. Staff and security are very rude and do not let you wait inside even though it was empty and plenty of free seats. These people only have jobs because others do not, so can't understand why they all have such a chip on their shoulders. They need to all be sent on customer service courses.

Abysmal, unless you lie and cheat your way through the system they will turn you into a long term homeless person or a criminal

I went for an eoi interview and showed up just before my appointment. After being directed where to go I waited for about 10 minutes before I was seen. The appointment took about 30 minutes and was nice and straightforward.I know there are some people who have had a bad experience here, but I was fortunate that that was not the case for me.

My experience there is really good, they helped me to get things done very quickly. All you need is follow their guidelines, bring proper paperwork and then you will be okay. Friendly staff and service well organised place.

My sister has terminal ill cancer, metastasis! she has shown proof of her illness, and still they want her to go to the GP to get another certificate, this is atrocious! an insult!

If you have an appointment and been expecting to be there on time, it's a point of reciprocal respect, to do the same for the person you have the appointment with. A smile would help if they greet people as well. And if the security tells you, you have to wait and you wait, then there is no reason for the office to clerk to become unfriendly if you tell them exactly this, that you had to wait because you were told. One rule for them... One rule for others. Everything must be ready for them, pushing unfriendly manner. All in all, it couldnt be worse..
