The cleaners themselves are very nice, but the management is an issue, they send cleaners at unagreed times and do not inform us when they are sending someone new. The cleaners often smell very strongly of smoke, which is less than idea in a house with a baby. The manager Hanna is very argumentative and therefore I would not recommend this cleaning company.

I've been with Penge Cleaning Services for years and they're absolutely the best. Hannah really leads by example and you can see it in the quality of work. Karolina and Emily are part of her team and they are amazing - always thorough, friendly, and professional. It's clear they all take pride in what they do, and it shows every time. I would not recommend this cleaning service. I wanted a professional clean, ready for tenants on the day we moved house. The cleaner turned up 40 mins earlier than expected which isn’t on when logistics matter in minutes. She started by just vacuuming rooms, until I explained rooms needed a proper clean. When asked to clean the fridge (which we had agreed) the cleaner was cross. The kitchen was not cleaned to my satisfaction. I tried to explain what to use on the cupboards but it wasn’t understood. I had to go back and clean walls and the floor myself when I didn’t have time to. The whole experience was stressful and for a one off professional clean, it wasn’t fit forPurpose. The cleaner appeared to resent every minute. I paid her in full.

I used to clean our rentals myself until a few years when I started trying a few services. I was disappointed every time - missed cleaning obvious areas and lacked attention to detail. The Penge Cleaning Services was a pleasant surprise. They were quick to call me back to schedule an appointment, the team managed by Hannah arrived on time and with a smile for the appointment. I didn't have to clean after they left. I will definitely use this company again!

I've had a few bad experiences with another agency, so was hoping that joining Penge Cleaning would be a better experience. It definitely was! Hannah was excellent and friendly. I'm happy she will continue to come.
