Called them today at 12:31 with a flat tyre which was unexpected, they sent someone to me, jacked the car up, got me a new tyre and brought it back and fitted it within 30 minutes of my first call. Was very impressed with the price and turn around time. Will definitely be recommending them and appreciated the speed as the flat tyre had left me with the potential to miss an important meeting. Thanks for saving the day!

They fixed a puncture, however when I got home (about 170mile journey) it had already lost about 15psi. Ended up with a new tyre when I got home. Service was good, but in hindsight a new tyre should have been fitted.

Customer service is second to none since changing the manager I felt that your experience at europit Tyres has gone from not so pleasant and an unfriendly environment to 1 where you can approach with ease ask questions you need to know the answers to and they're always willing to problem solve. 100% improvement from the previous manager I'm one I'm happy as changed

I used to love this place with friendly staff and very hard working but I would say the past week when they have changed management they have rude staff one of them smelt like weed. Unless they bring back the old staff I would NOT recommend !!!! I WOULD AVOID THIS PLACE NOW !!! UNLESS THE OLD STAFF COME BACK I WILL NEVER VISIT !!!

Fantastic service. I ruined my tyre with a pothole and was towed home. I called Europit Tyres and asked if they offered mobile service. They don’t usually, but I live close by and they went out of their way and offered to drive to my house and collect my wheel to take back to the shop and change my tyre. I can’t thank you enough, I really appreciate your help. You offered a quick and affordable service. Thank you again!

I want to thank the guys at Europit tyres for an amazing service. I had a massive puncture with the left, rear tyre. This happened during school pick up, on a Friday afternoon and with kids in the car. I was overwhelmed. I rang the garage, they organised a van and two guys to assist me at my location to change the tyres to a spare one. They took the old, punctured tyre away and when I arrived at the garage shortly after - they fitted the new tyre for me.Great service and price... I highly recommend them. They literally saved the day!!

Terrible service. Had my car 2.5 hours to do suspension check. Said they would ring me back after - nothing! Had to ring them twice for them to tell me stuff we already told them. They then claimed there was nothing wrong with the rear and we told them what was happening with the rear and they said they haden't checked that, which should of been part of there suspension check. Following on after that seeing there was the issue with the driver side rear they dignosed a problem they claimed to think it could be on the opposite side which has no connection to the fault we was having on the driver side rear. Waste of 2.5 hours today for nothing today! Terrible service!!

I brought my car in for an alignment, passat B6.They couldn't undo 2 bolts from the rear toe arms that are brand new. So instead of advising me the bolt were on to tight two “technicians” decided to crank at the bolt with a breaker bar bending it.Then proceeded to attempt to cover up the mess up by saying they were installed incorrectly.They then said we wont work on this car and got the car off the lift leaving one of the toe bolt loose.As any technician should know you never loosen the bolt from the nut but rather the nut from the bolt. They do not apply this rule to there work creating a dangerous situation and causing damage to my car.Very very poor indeed.As a mechanical engineer i was able to figure this out and as a result i am able to make my car safe again, had this been someone with less mechanical knowledge it would be considered unsafe and could have ended very badly.
