Excellent customer service from this company. Unable to travel due to restrictions put in place both by government and Loganair, because of Covid19, my booking was cancelled and my money speedily refunded in full. I booked with them last year and it was as straightforward as the other reviews have already stated. I look forward to when I am able to visit again, hopefully next year.

The ease of renting a car day-of was incredible. The friendly staff listened to my concerns about needing an automatic and gave me assurance about driving on the left. It was easy to return the car and I had my invoice by the end of the day. I look forward to returning to Stornaway some day and using them again!

Great service from super friendly colleagues. We had booked for arrival at easter but the lockdown kicked in. No problem getting a credit to reuse, which we did in august and it went great. Having been excellent the Car got a stone lodged in beside the exhaust (so, not a car problem) and was replaced within an hour on a saturday afternoon even though we were well down the Geocrab road. Fantastic service. And all done with a smile! Thanks folks.

Took the money for a booking within 10 seconds, then receive an email to say I was unsuccessful with the booking, but now have to wait 10 days to get my money back. Their online system needs renewed, if there's no car or vans available, then surely the website should say so. Happy to take your money when they don't even have a vehicle. Very poor.

Really helpful staff, were able to accommodate sorting us out a bigger car as we turned up after I had booked one that was way too small to fit all our luggage.
