Staff are brilliant nothing is 2 much bother to them i go in quite a bit for help with my phone I'm not good with phones but with there help I'm getting there.

Great shop good staff just told them my contract due for renewal said I liked a certain phone and my price range got deal done quickly very easy and happy with staff in shop dealt with them two years ago still same good service

Travelling to Prestwick Airport from Kilmarnock, I realised I’d forgotten to print my car hire documents. Asked at the Three shop if there was anywhere locally I could print, without any hesitation manager says send it to me in an email & I’ll print it off for you. Not a Three customer, made no purchase in store but offered an excellent & spontaneous service with no strings or expectations. This is customer service at its best, brilliant, thank you.

I visited the kilmarnock store, and honestly I couldn't fault the shop or the service, the staff are great and are not pushy on sales, anything you require to know they are helpfull

Went in to get the sim card changed in my wife's phone, staff could not have been more helpful. Very efficient and friendly, great service. Keep up the good work.

My partner took a sim only contract with three, after a few weeks she couldn't receive incoming calls,we visited the store for hours on numerous occasions and also contacted through the app and on the phone over several weeks.We were then told the area manager had said that we would be allowed to leave the contract as they weren't able to fix it.We then got contacted from three complaints team who also confirmed we could leave.Now my partner is being chased for almost £600 by debt recovery and three Kilmarnock won't deal with her as she's not a customer.Worst customer service we've ever had.Next stop is a lawyer.Avoid at all costs.

Contract due for renewal had 2 year deal first year no problems second year at nearly bill time told has exceeded my limit it's paid direct debit never missed a payment contract was unlimited so no limits basically said never heard of that told them never get through to shop on phone about this the reply was customers in shop come first I said I'm existing customer he said I didn't know that piss poor customer service don't use this shop no customer care only want your money minus 5 stars I've got new contract with a different company that will deliver what they say hopefully they will restaff that shop

Ave good Huawei Al cube which got before lock down had power cut took in to shop three times could not solve problem.Offered new one with hub which got hub so been paying for somthing not working.
