Just called in because I had just discovered my sand plate had come loose and was jammed in the brake caliper, the assistant manager was nothing but short and rude about it but eventually agreed to look at it after some cajolling. Told me to drive into a bay. He didn't materialise for a while and I decided that I wasn't staying to be treated rudely even more so I left, went round the corner and took the wheel off myself and removed the plate. The place gets good reviews. Maybe its usually good and the guy was having a bad day, but still no need to treat customers like that.

Needed a new numberplate fitted as some idiot had reversed into the car and cracked it. Guys fitted it for free! Lovely, helpful, friendly people. Already get tyres here and really it's the only place to go!!
