Used a few times and not been great but this last time today was a joke ordered a festive black Forrest hot choc in the drive through - got it and it was cold and barely tasted of the syrup tiny amount of cream and none of the syrup etc on the cream like normal. Took it back and they customer service was shockingly bad. Said ok we will heat it up - said no I wanted a fresh one and while it was at least hot that’s all it had going for it - no black Forrest flavour this time and tasted terrible honestly worse hot choc ever told the manager again she just rolled her eyes and said I can put more flavouring in it - nothing could have saved how bad this drink was - shocking customer service

I enjoyed the hot chocolate and millionaires shortbread, delicious. However, I feel that they ALL need to be aware of litter piled up on the floor, in two areas when I was in the coffee shop, AND CLEAR IT UP ASAP. It let's the tone of the coffee shop down. It also is letting down the OWNER(S), on the shop who have obviously invested a lot of finance in the coffee shop. I took down a photograph of one of the piles of litter, as I feel that the owner(s) deserve for the coffee shop to be successful, but, clearing litter, I feel should be the responsibility of all the staff and also encouraging customers to place litter at a suitable allocated position.

Turned up at 6.10 when they're meant to be open until 9, and the employee says We're closed".I said I thought they were open until 9... Their response

Well positioned off the Renfrew road in Paisley. Inside is spacious with lots of seating and a well stocked counter with lots of food and drinks.The only issue was that staff seemed more interested in getting the drinks sorted for the drive-thru than the counter.

Simply the worst Costa 3 times I've been there and nothing improves...the staff girls are in bad mood and they get upset if you request something about your drink... £4.50 for a regular iced latte if you want less ice they leave 1/4 of cup empty instead of put more milk . WiFi never works if you need to work on your laptop, AC was off and it was very hot they just leave the main door open And not music which makes the place even more boring.

Stopped in for coffee with my wife. Table was extremely wobbly and coffee spilled all over my wife's sweater and jeans. When complained to staff member was thrown paper towel to mop up and wife told by staff member 'I'm not a joiner!' Simply not what we expect from Costa. Will not be recommending this particular one for a relaxing visit.

Today, Monday the twelfth of June, 2023 was my second visit to the Costa Coffee at Washington Road in Paisley. It is a lovely layout of a coffee shop and has a drive thru" for people who don't have the time to sit in. The staff seem friendly enough and there is ample room inside."
