It’s like having your very own personal trainer in your home. Both live and library classes are brilliant and the instructors adjust for all abilities and ensure all exercise is done correctly whilst making it fun at the same time. Don’t waste your time looking elsewhere you won’t find anything to beat this.

Amazing trainers. Classes vary from HiT to Yoga to Barre with a great selection of live times for real-time feedback, as well as a huge library to dip in and out of when you want to grab a quick work out at a time that suits you. Keep up the good work team and see you in 2022
