Excellent care and understanding of my concerns. Was given the time I needed for explanations and advice. This care has been consistent on every visit and the quiet professionalism is totally reassuring. Thank-you.

While still being very professional Richard is very understanding and patient to your needsAt the very 1st lockdown I had a very bad toothache although Richard was unable to admit me to his surgery for obvious reasons he arranged for me to be seen by a fellow colleague of his where a temporary filling was carried outWhen we came out of lockdown after several weeks Richard rang me to ask if I was ok and did I need any more treatment or advice Which I did notBut I was very greatfull for his considerationThis shows his dedicationThank you

I rang the surgery today as I had a cracked tooth, I was seen the same day and the problem was fixed. Myself and my family have been at the practice for many years and Richard has always been so caring for all of us, thank you. Wonderful service

I went for a check on what I presumed was an infection, not a bad first visit, I got some antibiotics and I was referred to the long hospital waiting list for an extraction. However the antibiotics didn't heal my infection. Once I'd completed the course I called mudge way to ask for advice, I made the suggestion that I may have given a less effective antibiotic for anaerobic infections which could have been the issue, and asked if I could get a different type (namely metronidazole) The secretary was quite shirty in telling me that my situation doesn't really happen and they'd need me to come in and pay full price for another assessment before paying again for more antibiotics, which at the time I was unable to fund. I ended up needing financial help to afford my next appointment at a private dentist, who confirmed what I had suggested in a particularly scathing review of mudge way practice, and prescribed me metronidazole- which worked for the infection. Some time passed and I recieved my appointment from the hospital. The lady I saw was very professional and very clear with my issues, she said she knew the dentist at mudge way personally and she could see no reason why they couldn't extract the tooth for me, so I was referred to mudge way again. A couple of weeks passed, I was copied in on a message sent to mudge way where it was suggested that the extraction I needed was both urgent and straight forward. I recieved a message from their secretary and upon returning their call I was made to feel I was in the wrong for missing the call, then told with no explanation that they couldn't help me anyway, and that I had to call someone else- for which I needed a referral that mudge way wouldn't give, so I've had to go back to the hospital and ask them to refer me elsewhere, rather than mudge way responding to the hospital about my referral. So here I am nigh on a year later in constant pain, finding it very difficult to eat or drink, close to 2 stone lighter in weight, taking an unhealthy amount of Painkillers every day to curb the pain, needing a straightforward procedure" that has damaged my mental and physical wellbeing. And the only thing mudge way actually helped with was my first referral to the hospital- the second of which was apparently down to me to sort."
