Any London Waste

They couldn't have been more different from the people who were supposed to clear up the waste (Swale Heating) and who had continuously failed to do so for three weeks.This company, by contrast, took the 'phone call and were here within a couple of hours - unbelievable! They were incredibly helpful, efficient, cheerful, polite and friendly.They gave me a time window (which they stuck to) so I could arrange when to be in or out.I accidentally put too much money in. They counted it carefully and said I'd paid too much.They got the job done within about a minute and away they went.They were more reasonably priced than other companies that I looked at.I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Quick, efficient, on time - 3 guys got job done within 4 hours of us booking the job. no fuss. v impressed. worked to quoted price. Sorted. Would definitely use again.

So so pleased with this company’s service. I called at 3.15pm to get a quote for quick removal of some furniture and garden waste. The quote was very competitive and they arrived at 5pm that same day. There ended up being more to dispose of than expected and Igor and Ivan could not have been more helpful, pleasant and efficient!! Made a huge difference to our day:)Thank you

If I could leave a review Lower than one star I would. Extremely unprofessional. Poor time management. Using offensive words over the phone a text from management - David. Asking for company details and demanding confidential card details to scam and threatening to throw load back in the building if he did not receive the card details.refusing to provide and invoice or receive and just wanted to take money. Did not stick to his end of the agreement on the amount of items his drivers were to carry, charging £330 for 5 small- medium sized items.

Please avoid this company. I sent them pictures of the rubbish that needed collecting. They quoted between £180-220 which I accepted. They then turned up and the driver claimed that management had not sent all the photos to them and the job would cost more. So I spoke to the same management guy David to find out why the driver had not received all the pictures as I had sent them and He had sent the original price based on it - he didn’t offer an explanation and just jacked the price up to £300 but said he could do me a discount and I could get it for £260. At this point I was infuriated and told them to leave. I’d avoid this company like the plague it felt like a scam…

Yesterday (Tuesday) I enquired about a collection of 10 bags and 4 dining chairs by WhatsApp and given a quote of £90-£110. I asked if it could be done today (Wednesday). I got a reply Wednesday morning saying they couldn’t do it Wednesday but would do it Thursday between 8am and 5pm.I said that wouldn’t work as I needed it gone on Wednesday. I was prepared to look elsewhere. Then David said they could do it on Wednesday after all between 8 and 5. He said that if I wasn’t home that was ok - I could leave the rubbish outside and he would then call me after collection for payment. That all sounded good. But I no longer needed to dispose of the chairs so asked him for a quote for just the 10 bags. He quoted £70 (he did not mention VAT). I was happy with the quote and confirmed with him that I would move the waste outside for collection today.Then I received a call at 3.15pm to tell me they were running late and probably weren’t going to make it today. David said it was because some customers had more waste than planned and they ran out of time. David was friendly and professional. I was polite to him at all times - the worst comment I made was that it was a shoddy service, as I couldn’t leave the waste out overnight and would have to find somewhere else and move it all back inside.That’s where things got appalling - a lady called Rena took the phone accusing me of being rude. She was extremely rude and aggressive. When I said that if the service I booked couldn’t be delivered I would leave an honest review, she accused me of not being a ‘decent person’. She claimed I booked it for Thursday, despite me having WhatsApp confirmation to the contrary. She claimed I had changed the order by removing the chairs, even though I had removed the chairs before the final booking with David. She demanded to see pictures of the rubbish - which I couldn’t do as I wasn’t at home. She claimed David had asked for photos (he hadn’t). She was lying constantly about what I’d agreed with David, telling me what he agreed was not how they do things. I was very glad I had a written record of everything.She then tried to scam me out of an extra £20 by saying she could send a team from North London to collect the rubbish by 10pm. I said 10pm was fine but refused to pay extra. She then got even more rude and aggressive. Eventually she said she would send the team but I’d have to pay in advance (not after collection as agreed with David by WhatsApp). I refused as I simply did not trust that if I paid the team would turn up tonight as promised. I said I would pay on or after collection as agreed. She then made comments about how I must not have very much to do because of how long I was on the phone to her - as if my daily schedule is any of her business! When I said I would not pay in advance she said she didn’t have time and would call me back and hung up.A few minutes later David called and said they actually couldn’t send the team after all because they didn’t have time to come to my area. He offered collection tomorrow morning but that simply doesn’t work for me.Rena’s demand that I pay in advance was obviously a scam since when I refused they suddenly discovered they couldn’t do it anyway. Glad I didn’t pay only to be told they wouldn’t collect and then be left trying to get a refund from that rude woman!Now I’m left with piles of rubbish outside my house that I need to try and get rid of tonight! DO NOT RELY ON THIS COMPANY! They may be fine when things go ok, but if things go wrong you’ll have to deal with the single worst business manager I have ever dealt with!

This is the second review I am writing of this place - after my review on Trustpilot was responded to by the company dishonestly.I got a quote on the telephone, the drivers turned up and said the amount was double what they had been told. The driver gave me his phone to speak to the office, where an incredibly rude woman snapped at me that I was 'wasting your time and ours' approximately one minute into our conversation. With the drivers physically on my doorstep I felt pressured into paying (I now wish I'd refused) - the woman on the phone was just the single rudest person I've ever had to deal with in my life, huffing and tutting down the phone and snapping at me - very aggressive from the off.On my review on Trustpilot I explained that I had been given an inaccurate quote - the response (I suspect from the same woman I dealt with on the phone) said that the pictures you provided were inaccurate" which is simply a lie as I was not given an opportunity to provide pictures in the first place. I was told I'd receive a text to reply to with pictures

Excellent customer service. The removal guys didn't pick up everything that had been quoted for initially, which I hadn't noticed as I don't live at the property. Over a month later when I did finally realise, David was quick to respond and sent someone back the next day to collect the remaining waste. Very impressed with the level of customer service and would most definitely use them again. Thanks again, David!

They delivered exactly what they said they would and in a shorter time than expected. Very honest company, would definitely recommend.

I would like to say thank you to you guys for a great service , they called me 15 mins prior to arrival and was right on time . Very polite and did the job in no time . Would definitely recommend and will use them again . Professional, good value , on time .
