I recently visited an ice cream cafe that also advertised crepes on their menu. Being quite hungry and excited about the prospect of enjoying a savory crepe, my expectations were high. However, unfortunately, my experience at this cafe fell short of my hopes.I decided to order a crepe with spinach and cheese, envisioning a perfectly cooked, deliciously melted concoction. To my disappointment, the crepe I received was raw and lacked any significant flavor. It was evident that the crepe had not been properly cooked, resulting in a disappointing texture and taste. It's disheartening when a dish doesn't meet expectations, especially when it seems that the cafe may not have the necessary expertise in making crepes. I believe that if a place is unable to execute a particular dish properly, it's best not to offer it on the menu to avoid potential dissatisfaction among customers. While I understand that every establishment may have its off days, I hope that the cafe takes this feedback constructively and either improves the quality of their crepes or removes them from the menu altogether. It's essential for cafes to deliver on the promises they make to customers to maintain a positive dining experience and avoid receiving unfavorable reviews.

This is such a cute little spot. The gelato was so good and the cookies on top were a fun touch.

Brilliant little ice cream parlour tucked down a side street but Windsor Castle. The Girls serving at the time were so helpful. I have a nut allergy and they were so accommodating when I explained if they could watch the scoop and use a fresh bit so there was no cross contamination. I have asked exactly the same thing in other shops and got the opposite response. They were so happy and friendly and it was only an accident that we came across them. The Ice creams weren't cheap but there isn't a price on amazing ice cream with beautiful scenery. It seems a lot of the reviews her are very mixed but the service we received was first class! We only had one scoop each but that was plenty (about £2.50 or £3.50) I can't remember. A true hidden gem and worth a visit!!!!! Thanks so much.

This ice cream shop is along Church Street, which is directly across the road as you are exiting from Windsor Castle. It is great to have some ice cream on a chilly day! There are wide varieties of ice cream flavours to choose from, and besides gelato, they also serve crepe, milk shake and coffee. It is a good place for desserts and some drinks!

Great spot for icecream in Windsor, right opposite the visitors exit. The staff were very nice and the scoops we got were on the larger side. We got them in the large wafflecones and it all tasted really good. The cream egg ice cream is more vanilla than anything but still ok, the rest were all good. The prices are also very reasonable considering we got multiple scoops each and in large cones. There is also sitting space outside, so it's great for when the weather allows.

A wonderful selection of delicious ice-cream, and what a wonderful location right next to Windsor Castle. Best ice cream I've had in the UK. An essential stop off point when visiting Windsor.

Fabulous place, hidden away but in full view of the Henry VIII gateway to the castle. Good quality ice cream, good quality coffee, lovely looking fudge (saved the tasting for the next visit) and a bonus scoop for locals.
