Evri and Vinted saying parcel has been delivered to this address on the 6/12/23. Went to pick it up 11/12/23 and wasnt there. I checked evri app and it says nobody picked it up. I contacted Evri to see what is going on. I went back to the shop few minutes later to ask the man to manually check for my parcel. Started being rude, refused to help, insisted the parcel cannot be picked up if its not their mobile system. Something dodgy happening here and I hope people are aware of this situation..

I just don't understand why some people want to become shopkeepers. Went in to drop off a Hermes parcel not expecting to be confronted by an extremely rude and unhelpful shopkeeper (he surely cant be the owner). He kept telling me it wasn't his job to print the Hermes label. That's fine but some guidance would have been appreciated. If you don't want to deal with Hermes (which I assume you get paid for doing so then don't)! Vowed never to return and would recommend no-one else does either.

Everything is well organised and so easy to find. The new shopkeeper is very patient and gives good recommendations for products to buy. He welcomes customers very nicely and makes it an overall pleasant shopping experience.

Went in yesterday. There was a sign saying that there had been a change in management. The new man was so helpful, showed me how to use the Evri returns machine. Would recommend this shop.

Giving one star is being generous! Just been to get a Hermes delivery for my partner and was snapped at by the man in charge for not at first providing the right ID (which I did on a second go around), didn’t listen to the fact I was picking up for my partner (which would be why my name was different, yet my address was the same), took about four times the length it should have to collect this parcel. The man in charge is clearly a very rude man, as evident from the previous review who’s given much the same opinion as I. Avoid this store at all costs. Be nice

What can I really say? This shop owner deserves the minimum rating allowed. I fully subscribe to the negative reviews he has received so far. I only come here to drop off my Evri returns and each time the same mental torture. No smile, no greeting, abrupt patronising orders of what to do. I hope this guy doesn't have kids, if he does, they hate him as well. Save yourselves the most negative highlight of your day and walk the 3 minutes to the Tesco Express on Hamlet Court Road to drop off your Evri parcels.

I never write reviews, however I can't get over the sheer rudeness of the man's who shop this was! I picked up an item from here after work and the attitude I received regarding this was so hostile, he made me feel so awkward in fact, he didn't even let me explain i was here to pick a parcel up before he demanded to see my ID.. Funny how when my husband went into the shop to say how in appropriate he was he was full of apologise, obviously has no respect for women! Will never use this shop for anything and I advise people not to as people like him don't deserve our custom!

Why be a parcel shop when you are never open.I sell clothes and my buyers expect to receive their items on time but how can they when the shop is always closed!I also have parcels to collect and can never go and pick them up. The amount of wasted journeys I’ve had and then my parcels get sent back or “lost”The man in there is SO rude he has no idea how to be polite has no manners at all! I will not be using this shop anymoreIt’s meant to be convenient to have your parcels sent to a shop of your choice but that’s not the case at all

Recently I went to this shop. It’s look very clean and tidy. There is a lot of new stock available at the cheapest price. The new owner is very friendly and helpful.
