Ferry Farm Country Park
Our three (9 & 7yrs) thoroughly enjoyed Ferry Farm. Great day at a good price. It really doesn't fell as though your in the heart of the Midlands, could be anywhere in the country. Lots of animals to see, pet and feed. Plenty of indoor and out play areas. And if you get the chance; have a plate of chilli in the restaurant! Stunning.

Been several times now. A great little place to have a relaxed day surrounded by cute animals. Loads of outdoor play areas for kids. Indoor soft play area too. Go-kart track and climbing wall. Your able to feed and interact with a variety of animals. Good cafe that serves hot food and drink.

Ferry Farm Country Park
We visited Ferry Farm in February 2016, largely because of the offer of pony rides. Once we had paid to get in it was then we were told that the pony rides weren't running. There was a barn with animals in, the rest of the park was play equipment that you would expect to find in any council owned park, a go-kart track where most of the equipment was in a poor state of repair, and a soft play area. When we left the shop counter was unstaffed, so we contacted Ferry Farm afterwards, largely concerning the fictitious pony rides, but never received so much as an acknowledgement. Having more recently visited White Post Farm, whilst it was slightly more expensive, it seemed markedly better value for money. Accordingly, we won't be returning to Ferry Farm.

£26 for 2 adults and 2 kids. Depending on what the weather is like you can have a short visit or a full day. There are plenty of things for the kids to play on outside and there is also a large soft play area indoors. Food and drink is available from the restaurant and it's reasonably priced. There are the usual animals you might expect to see on a farm but today's visit was all about feeding the baby lambs, feeding times today were midday and 3pm. There are also smaller animals for the kids to look at and if not too busy the staff will lift them out for the kids to pet (rabbits and guinea pigs) in addition to mice and gerbils.
