Absolutely shocking service. My wife ordered an underskirt 6 months before our wedding, she tried to contact multiple times to find out where it was after being told it would be ready by Christmas. We were ignored. Finally got hold of someone who said they would chase it up". We were given the tatty old underskirt to use for dress fittings until ours arrived. Fast forward 2 months and we get a call to say the underskirt was ready to collect

It was a lovely experience shopping to buy my daughters wedding dress .. such beautiful dresses to choose from .. I would highly recommend Pamela Jayne's really helpful advice too

I messaged Pamela on FB about a dress she had posted and she got back to me straight away with lots of information on the dress and its availability. We booked an appointment, which would be my third attempt at finding a dress, and I'm so glad we did!From the second we arrived in the shop, we were made to feel very welcome and chatted away about everything and anything. She had already put the dress I asked about aside for me, then let us shop around to find some more styles as she made some drinks.I struggle with lots of self-confidence issues and when I was changing in and out of dresses, Pamela was very comforting and reassuring. She made me feel completely at ease and, to my complete shock, I ended up finding the one!I have now just attended my fitting in store and both girls have literally made me feel like part of the family. They are genuinely lovely and I couldn't recommend them more! They have made a very nervous girl, a very excited Bride-to-Be!5* all round!

Pamela is amazing, so helpful and I have my dream dress thanks to her and her team, definitely the place to go for your dress they really do make u feel special.x xx

We received a lovely welcome into the shop. Pamela was busy with another customer but allowed us to browse through the vast range of dresses and select a few for my daughter to try on. She has clearly been in the business for some time because her knowledge shone through when styling the dresses. Highly recommend.
