I had the best experience today shopping in store today, Jade was beyond helpful and knowledgable. Nothing is too much trouble, the lady at the till Nikita was also lovely, massive credit to the store.

Customer service from Jade was absolutely wonderful, I came in Friday 16/6/2023 in the morning. She made me feel welcome and we connected. The products were delightful too. HC should recognise her efforts, she went far and beyond with the service I've received.

Rude staff I shop in here twice a week and the way they talk to you and look at you like they are some sort of royalty they need more training on how to address customers and stop standing around speaking

I was not sure how to order ice cream in the beginning, but the lady there was so nice. She helped me go through the selections to see what I liked the best, and even better when she suggested I use my membership to have a discount which I did not know.

The fabulous array of chocolate is chocolate heaven.. From white to dark and not forgetting milk, they have it all...Staff a very helpful and friendly...The cafe at the end of the shop serves a nice selection of ice creams, teas and coffees... But most of all they serve Hotel Chocolat hot chocolate,,,mmmmmmm so nice and a must have...

I visited for the first time a week ago and was kindly assisted by the two workers Sophia and Malika. I left with an ice cream and a smile on my face! :)
