Very good hospitality

I went to the dentist for an abscess on my teeth, and they prescribed antibiotics, but I couldn't use them due to my allergy. The dentist advised me to go to the emergency department for a blood test and proper antibiotics. I was in a lot of pain and had to seek immediate care. Unfortunately, the Hemel Hempstead A&E didn't perform blood tests and advised me to go to Watford A&E instead. I was disappointed with the lack of initial assessment and had to endure further pain before receiving appropriate care.

Not a good experience for me and my son.
