Iceland Supermarket London

By far the best Iceland store in the entire chain! All down to the staff, they have the patience of Saints and are always willing to help or resolve any issues. Very grateful

Cheap no frills food no more no less. Long queues at the checkout and the younger staff are useless they just hang around the back of the store in groups, chatting away, leaving all the older aged staff who are mostly ladies near the retirement age to do the work.

The only complaint I have is the difficulty I had registering my bonus card. I don't agree with being forced to get involved with technology just to do shopping

Customer service is of low standard. Especially on a late afternoon Saturday. Between delivery staff and till operators, they all chat between their selves at the same time as serving customer, made me feel very unimportant. I asked to speak to a manager was told they are not available Saturday afternoon as they go home early. Was offered to talk to floor staff who was part of the chatting team..during the week, the staff seem to be alot better.staff however out the back of the store seem to forget there is a public foot path where we can hear all the conversations which I may add is alot of swearing also discussing a complaint from a customer about dropping food on the floor. This was last year, service today was much better.

Staff there are really nice. I was disappointed in the range of frozen vegetables though. All I one quite small display case. I don't eat chicken so the whole aisle of that didn't impress me. I had a shopping list but only half of things on it were in evidence.

Gary, the home delivery driver, was so kind to help my shopping upstairs.Wish all home delivery drivers are more like Gary.

Great customer service at the Eltham branch. Good stock of food

Wait until you've done your shopping and tell you they have no deliveries left. how about you put the signs back up to tell us that or ask your staff to tell us there is none left and the woman who came from the Woolwich store is very rude . And the manger hangs up the phone if you try to ring the store

I don't have a problem with Iceland you know what your getting for your money but the wait at the checkout was too long and I don't think it's the staffs fault but it's slowed down when they have to pack items for customers delivery I think that process needs to be looked at.
