I have been seeing Shannon for a while now. When I first had my assessment I was at the end of my tether with stiffness in my shoulders and neck pain. Shannon sorted the problem and has kept me going since, including dealing with other stuff that has cropped up along the way such as a dodgy knee. The combined approach of having soft tissue and massage therapists under one roof makes a big difference. Shannon has always pointed me in the right direction when a combined approach has been needed. I am so grateful to Shannon for her care and I’m glad I recovered from how I was when I first met her. I have received fantastic treatment from Charlie and the team at Kasa. Before going in, I would experience lower back pain after just an hour of standing up. I can now be on my feet all day with no pain at all, it’s amazing. Would 100% recommend!

I am grateful to the whole Kasa team. I've had pain that stopped me from doing my favourite exercises. The GP found nothing. Charles at Kasa had identified what was going on with a holistic approach with looking at all sorts of body systems. I've just finished my few weeks programme and couldn't be happier. I'm pain free, able to stretch fully and work without a worry. Additionally I've had some uplifting sports massage sessions which supported the process. Very friendly team overall. I came in because my back was in a lot of pain. I've had back pain for a long time and have been to many chiropractors. They set me up with 10 appointments which is a lot in comparison and at £45 a piece. It's my health so I thought it would be worth it. Over the 9 appointments, (I missed one) the doctor focused on healing other issues with my body and in the end didnt fix the actual issue. I'm fairly confident my back is in more pain then when I started.

I can not recommend Charlie enough. All I can compare him to is a miracle maker! He has, in 3 sessions, cured all my sinus issues and hayfever, unbelievable! I have suffered for years. He also got rid of my daughters migraine. He is so lovely and wonderful and warm. You could not be in safer more skilled hands. Absolutely incredible. A magician. Thank you Charlie!
