Vine Tree Vets

Great vet practise. They have dealt with our puppy from getting her, and she recently had an eye issue and they were able to get her in same day and she loves the vet!Also great advice from reception about working dog/Gundog opportunities.

Having moved from a big corporation vets to Vine tree. I have to say the service was excellent I was a new client on the day of my dog’s emergency and the team provided a brilliant and swift service to getting him on the mend. Many thanks again.

Absolutely awful, please AVOID AT ALL COSTS! We spent three years with these vets, with 12 dogs, we spent over £10k always paying on the day of treatment without fail.Since Simon took a step back, they are appalling, the prices have rocketed and the 'care' is non existent.The nurses and reception are lovely, but the lack of experience some of the vet team have is worrying!I took a perfectly healthy dog to see Amy and he was returned to me as ashes! They killed him, he walked in there to have a tiny tooth out and now he's dead...something doesn't add up right? But of course their own internal investigation shows no wrong doing!Now I'm being harassed every single day, I've even sought legal advise on the matter.They might seem like they care...they don't!The way they have treated me, since they killed him, is deeply disturbing, sending through full statements of step by step of how he died and full breakdowns of our previous dogs that have passed with them. It was traumatic enough losing him that way, but one thing I have learnt is that Vine Tree really don't care, not even a little.Avoid at all costs!

Excellent service from Vine Tree Vets, as always. All the staff are friendly, helpful & informative and treat your pet as if they were their own. Would 100% recommend for cats & friends with dogs feel the same

Vet Claire Bailey is excellent and highly recommended. She explained in full treatment and medication for my.poorly cat lola and even went that extra mile.to explain lola diagnosis. The receptionists where so freindly too. Lovely calm place and reassuring. I have 7 cats and Jack Russell registered at Vine tree vets because they amazing vets and all round great practice. Yesterday I had to bring my dog Ted into Vinetree as an emergency. I was truly blown away by the staff, and their caring, happy nature. The Vet Lauren was brilliant and so good , with my difficult dog. Just such good customer service. The ladies behind the main desk were happy to help and answer all my questions.Give yourselves a pat on the back..you are doing a brilliant job.You all made a difficult experience a lot easier. Thank you!

Very friendly reception staff, always will to help answer assist your needs. My rabbit was poorly I was able to take her in straight away, the vet was lovely, very reassuring and helpful. She was calm and caring towards my rabbit and understood my concerns. Very good experience with the vet

Really helpful ,kind friendly staff. Always happy to help. The care they gave to our dog when he was ill was amazing and the support we received. They have reassured me with my worries with a new puppy. Would not go anywhere else. They love every animal and treat them as if they were their own.

Fabulous friendly vet surgery. Excellent treatment for my cats with clear pricing and options detailed as appointments go on. All staff are friendly, helpful and well informed. Can't recommend them enough.

Brilliant vets. Always have time to explain things & the fact that they offer a pet plan scheme (paying monthly for worm&flea treatments, as well as other benefits) just really makes it fantastic. Wouldn’t want to use another vet.
