Was a little disappointed. Staff was excellent and friendly but also busy. But all the phones were dummies. So you could not have a serious look at an expensive model before purchasing.

I originally posted my review at the time of my visit but for some reason not all my reviews were visible on maps, as the issues with my account have been resolved I am reposting the missing reviews.Vodafone - Erneside Shopping Centre - Friday 25th November 2022 - 14:30.Entrance is on street level and doors were open.Walked in as I have a problem with my connection on my landline at my new house.As soon as I walked in two ladies spotted me and greeted me and offered assistance.The lady that helped me explained that my telephone line goes through the router and that I needed an adapter.She explained how it would work and arranged for one to be posted out to me.Her manager came over as he had to authorise the action; he was very polite and helpful.I was in there for 5 minutes or so but the lady that dealt with me was very helpful and even updated some information on my account.Very pleased with the service I received today.

Got very good service in Vodafone Enniskillen today. Lady who dealt with me was polite and professional and found a tariff that was perfect for me.

Needed to get a reasonably priced replacement phone on the day. They gave me lots of info and alternative place to get suitable phone on the day. Definitely enourage me to back
