The Red Lion
We went to the Red Lion last night and had a great meal and stay. Angela and Jim made us feel really welcome and the food was homemade and our party of 11 all enjoyed dinner. There’s not many pubs like the Red Lion anymore and it was refreshing how homely it was. Will definitely be coming back to stay there next time we are in Suffolk!

Great place, with great food. Came here with family for a meal and had a great time. Best steak and ale pie I've had! There is a big screen TV for showing sports, has pool table and darts on offer. Lovely roaring fire with couches to relax in. Highly recommended!!!

We stopped here for some food while doing Islington CC 'Great Escape' cycle ride. The Landlord was most welcoming and the food we had was excellent. Will stop for food here again when I'm in the area.

Just had Sunday roastGreat food,had the roast pork very tender all the trimmings and sticky toffee pudding and custard to finish all excellent and staff very friendly.Would definitely recommend.

The Red Lion is a lovely, family friendly and very sociable pub, serving excellent home cooked food, especially the Sunday roasts ! The very large garden is fantastic and children have plenty of opportunity to expend their energy while the parents can sit and relax.Jim, Angie and Robin always make their customers feel welcome and at home.A GREAT place!!

We had a amazing stay.Great place to stay.Nice people, welcoming, helpfull,very clean,And made u fill like u where at home..... would stay again if we are up them ways or even to get away again... want to say big thanks for having us and making our stay welcoming and relaxing
