The Groom Room Winwick

We have brought our puppy here 3 times now and will not be returning. When we came to collect him after his groom the lady who I believe to be the manager was rude and dismissive to us as we hadn’t paid a £15 deposit when we booked our groom. I had received a couple of voicemails asking me to pay it and I had forgotten which is completely accidental on my part. I’m unsure why in these modern times they don’t allow you to put your card details in and pay this when booking the appointment online. I was annoyed as we turned up for our appointment bang on time yet we were not seen for over 15 minutes and we also paid more money for our dog to get extra treatments so to be spoken to like a child was unacceptable. There are much better independent dogs groomers out there who we will be using now.

Took my mum's dog here. He looked great afterwards! The staff are very friendly and Charlie (the dog) seemed very relaxed and looking cute after his spa treatment!

Dylan and Digby went her for the first time today. The groomer was also called Dylan. They both came home looking fabulous.

We have bought our dog here for a groom a few times and it has been ok, yesterday we took her, she was in over 2 and a half hours, she came back looking as if she had been dragged through a hedge backwards. I rang this morning to say I was not happy, told to take her back later today, as I am working this is not possible, however, there should be no need to take her back because it should have been done right in the first place She is not a complicated breed, just a little jack Russel, the groom cost just short of £50.. As I can not take her back again they are sorry but that's that. not good enough at all.

First few grooms fine but after this I became unhappy and when challenged the manager and staff became rude and obnoxious. Given the price I would definitely have expected a better service. Will not be returning. Dogs never liked going there either but loved our last groomer

Rushed my dog through and took less than an hour. His eyes weren't trimmed properly and the hair on his head was wonky. Paid extra for blueberry facial and other bits and pieces, but he only smelled nice for one day. Will stick to Mucky Mutz from now on.

Jessie's first visit to the groomroom. The staff were so friendly and did an excellent job. Will definitely be going back. Thank you.

Very disappointed with my 7 month old Cocker Spaniels first groom.Her ears are not level and we have found lots of fur that should have been trimmed to a neat finish including her chest, legs around her ears and under her belly.Not worth the £47 we paid.
