Ducati Manchester

Well first class customer service was delivered to me yesterday, I had an issue with my bike and they slotted the bike into the workshop, diagnosed it quickly and with no fuss sorted it, i was on my way with a smile on my face and a fixed bike, good old fashioned knowledge and customer service from Chris on the service desk, the technician was also fantastic. Massive Well done from me and its nice to see customer service is still alive in some businesses.Congratulations Ducati Manchester for a brilliant experience.

Absolutely Fabulous friendly service, plenty of models available, test rides available, (I test rode the superb Ducati Multi-Strava V4S) toilets, free coffee, parking is a bit limited but I did get parked up right outside in my 4x4. If your on a bike, parking won’t be an issue…Good selection of Ducati Biking Gear, jackets, gloves, boots, etc…One of the best biking experiences you can have.Definitely worth a visit.

Brilliant shop, not so much the staff.Brought my Ducati panigale 1199 here for a service. Received a phone call telling me my front forks were bent and numerous other issues.Was also charged over £500 for an oil change.Took my bike for a second opinion and found the issue with the forks were the seal's needed replacing.

First class service from Friendly, Helpful and Welcoming staff.Just bought a bike from another dealer that had a minor issue.They were able to fit me in, diagnose problem and rectify the issue very efficiently.Even said call in for a coffee if passing.Excellent customer service and where I'll be returning for servicing & repairs etc from now on. Worth the travelling time amd distance for the service.Thanks very much.

I purchased a Ducati Supersport over the phone. Martin was my point of contact, and he was a pleasure to deal with the bike was all I could have expected. I had an excellent deal, good sales service and delivery from Manchester to Dorset for £100. Why would you buy a Ducati elsewhere ...... did I mention the inclusive 12-month Ducati warranty?Update: I recently had a problem and tried to invoke the warranty and was disappointed to learn what was NOT covered. Great sales not so after sales.

Wow !!! Where do I start from left Ducati and moved to a different brand for a year and one thing for sure I’m glad to be back !!!!The guys are all really good, Chris in the service department is the best person I have ever come across he is one of the reasons why I’m back at Ducati .Ducati head office if you can see this all I’m saying is keep looking after this lad !!! He goes the extra mile .Ps the next time I’m in pizza is on me !!!!

I have read a lot of Negative stuff on here but can honestly say I've had nothing but Excellent experiences here.I bought a used Ducati from an independant retailer.It had an issue that was quickly diagnosed and rectified, even though I didn't buy it there.A few weeks later It was due an annual service, I phoned and made an appointment, rode the 26 miles and 45 mins journey to get there. Bike was serviced in a timely manner and a bit less expensive than I was expecting.I was conscious of the time as I had other commitments that day so was glad it was all sorted in a very efficient manner.ALL the staff were very friendly and Polite. There are plenty of other places I could have gone that are nearer. However I prefer to have my bike serviced by a Ducati dealership.Hopefully the excellent service will continue and I'll continue to return.Thanks.

Test rode a 2020 monster, didn't really like the bike but everything else was great.Martin the salesman, great.No hassle or real sales pressure.Free coffee.Pleasant staff.
