The wife and I decided to try Paul's meats purely on reviews alone. We tend to organize an annual bbq which we spend alot of money on so we expect a grade produce and service... with Paul's you get that in spades. We placed our order with him a month ago, agreed a time and date in which we'd collect. Paul personally spoke to us about every aspect of our order making sure we got exactly what we were after. He showed us the quality of each item before committing it to the list.I arrived at 08:20 today and was greeted like an old friend,The pork mince was boned and minced once I'd arrived to ensure the freshest possible product . He had personally matured the brisket for 28days , the steaks were vac packed as was the dry cured bacon.Obviously I've had to try the bacon today, from a ex professional chefs point of view, it is by far the best tasting bacon I have ever had... if you want the best go to this establishment, paul is a true master of the butchery profession and he categorically will not pull your pants down over the price..Thank you so much, you now have a life long customer.

I feel so much better with Paul's meet inside me

Whenever I am in Chesterfield, I head to Paul's for tomato sausages and other treats I can't get in San Diego, California. An elderly butcher at a large grocery store told me that Paul's was the best and he was so right. After the first visit I have never gone anywhere else when I'm there. I wish there was a Paul's here in San Diego! I envy everyone who lives in Derbyshire and can buy products from Paul's.
