Jo is our our group consultant she is absolutely brilliant,does not embarrass you. The whole group is brilliant and helpfull. I have done all off the diets going but slimming world is the best. YouDo not feel like you are on a diet. Come and join us at Dalton group.

Jo is a great SlimmingWorld leader, she is a fountain of knowledge and everyone in group is so supportive! There’s no guilt or shaming, just help and support on your weight-loss journey. SlimmingWorld doesn’t feel like a diet as nothing is ‘off limits’. Very glad I joined Jo’s group in Dalton!
