Natalie has been looking after our cat Miles for nearly 3 years and we are absolutely delighted with her service. She regularly checks in with us whilst we are away providing updates and photos. It gives us great comfort when we are away to know that Miles is in such good hands.

This service is excellent, when we go away our lovely cat is happy at home in her own environment. We can relax and know Natalie will contact us or sort anything if needed. Our cat is fed fresh food / has fresh water every day and we have peace of mind. Natalie sends some pics and updates too.

Natalie looks after our cat when we are away and she is so reliable and trustworthy! She always sends us little updates or pictures when we are away so we are never worried and our cat just loves her! Would definitely recommend, our cat is definitely happier being left at home than travelling to a cattery. It’s lovely not stressing about leaving her for a couple of days and that is worth every penney.

Natalie is great with our cats, Fifi and Pixie!When we moved to West Ruislip, we used a cattery and Fifi really struggled to adjust and was really unhappy!Since using the house service, the cats have been much happier and fifi hides away a lot less than she used to as she trusts Natalie!We wouldn't use anybody else!
