Nice supermarket where you can find everything including an argos in store shop. The staff are super friendly the shop is clean, all the produce is fresh and there is always space on the car park

What on earth is going on in my local store. Very little fresh produce on the shelves. Since they reorganised the store very difficult to find things and even the staff look bewildered! I've shopped here every week since you opened years ago and it has been fantastic until about 3/4 months ago; and now my experience has been the same as today no matter what time I've been there. I did not what to write a review, and very rarely do, but enough is enough, and regrettably I will now be shopping elsewhere.

I got most of what I wanted but when I got to the checkout there were only two tills open and a crowd of people waiting to be served..I asked the lady behind the till if she could call for some of the other tills to be opened. She did but no one came..People don't want to use those temperamental self service tills..where your always having to call an assistant because it's malfunctioned again..Folkestone store is much more efficient when I go there, they would never allow all those customers to wait soon to be served..

Free parking, good selection of food and quality. Quite expensive in comparison to my home in Wales, yet that's the prime location in Deal. Large price difference between Nectar members and visiting customers, good customer service, and clean store.

Even though the Sainsbury's experience is pretty much the same regardless of the store location I found the staff here to be particularly pleasant and helpful. It's not a 'superstore' but it is well stocked. There is a large car park outside (1hour free parking) and it is right beside the railway station. The town centre is a 5 min walk away.

Unbelievable rudeness from cashier. Spoke for ages with colleagues going through til but couldn't even look at me or tell me the amount due. And when I questioned her she laughed.I dont expect to wait 20 mins behind 2 people whilst 2 tills in the same area rang through 4 customers before I paid and left. Attitude I do not expect from sainsburys staff... I will take this further too. I am have work to do and can't afford to stand listening to idle gossip when she is there to serve.

It's OK. I work in Deal and there's little choice. The car park can be congested, especially during school holidays when Deal fills up with DFLs and their oversized land barges.At busy times the shop is full of people who left the house to go shopping then arrived at the shop wondering why they were there.If you're on a budget, go over the road to Aldi.
