Had an interview here for a very poorly paid job. There wasn't an interview room available so had to have it in a silent, open-plan office with 20 staff listening in. They never got back to me even to say I hadn't got the job.

One Scientific ruined my Christmas and charged 80 Pounds for that!I've booked two Day-2-PCR tests and after a week after sending them and I've never heard the results. I have been having to self-isolate all this time meaning not seeing family and relatives and this was the purpose of the trip. Additionally we paid for this 80 pounds and if we knew it takes so long we would just self-isolate for free.Do not bool tests with this company.

Used the lab for my return travel PCR. Placed order online ( web site was user friendly) . Test package was waiting at home when I returned. Instructions for use very simple and received the results within the correct time frame. System kept me informed along the way . Great service

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!One Scientific customer services is appalling.I ordered a day 2 PCR test that didn't arrive in the post. They have taken no responsibility for this and are refusing to refund me.I had to pay and take a walk in day 2 PCR test with a different company and they still refuse to provide me with a refund even though they haven't done anything.Very bad and unfair practices. This company should be taken off the government recommend list.

Sent two Day 2 test on guaranteed 24h delivery by Royal Mail, only received one result back (and only after chasing them). Almost week later still no results of the second test which resulted in loss of income (my partner not being able to go to work). We asked One Scientific to post replacement test asap but they stopped responding to emails and calls.

Like other reviews, paid for day 2 tests and 8 days later still no results, or even acknowledgement that our tests arrived. All this whilst having to isolate waiting for a negative result. Avoid. Would give zero stars but that is not an option

I have used the COVID testing service several times now and have been very pleased with the communication, ease and turn around times of my samples. Overall, a professional service at a good price, I wouldn't go anywhere else for my PCR tests
