Wouldnt go near them. Bmw oil pump knackered, went back ,told me they fitted a new one. Hadnt still old model. Pressure light not working, engine siezed, cost more to rebuild engine than car cost. Never replied to any text.

Literally wouldn't even give this company 1 star!We found a car we absolutely loved online and rang to book to see it. When we get there we find out that between the w blokes that run the company, they had both booked for someone to see it at the same time, not even bothered to communicate between them! When we got there we had to wait to view it before the other people got there before we did, the guy we dealt with was not one big helpful and frankly surprised he can manage to run a business. We had to prize the keys off the other people to be able to look round it efore they took it for a test drive, we had a look round it and asked if we could test drive it, the other people wanted the keys back and went out in it, came back and told the dealer they wanted it before we had even had chance.to which when the deal came and told us, he just opened my can door and said 'yeaaah, they have bought it, bye'. We had travelled a fair way to view this car. Service was appalling, attitude was appalling, system was shock, wouldn't recommend to anyone!

Honest little Car Dealer situated on the outskirts of Mansfield.Friendly and genuine in their handling if my purchase, and.. after a little haggle,sent us on our way with the vehicle we wanted.Would definitely buy from them again.

I would never recommend this car sales garage. The car had lots of problems, all of which would have been identified if they actually checked the car over, as they told me they do. Didn't enjoy interacting with the young fella that handled the sale, he was arrogant and dismissive...far too typical of a used car salesman. I was in a situation where I had to get something quick and knew it would always be a gamble with a used car, but the things that were wrong with the car, they would have known of and just chose to flog it on. As they have a garage on site they could have fixed a few of the issues and maybe just been honest about a few things. I asked for the advertised warranty and was told they can't offer it on a lower priced car, I now realise this is code for is a bad car. If you pay s fair price for the age and milage why wouldn't you add a good wil warranty. Lesson learned.

AVOID!!!First of all it’s a portacabin garage within an industrial estate. The customer service from the guy was awful. We got handed the keys a trade plate chucked in the car and told to test drive. We could only go a short distance to test drive. Was told how efficient the car was when actually the clutch was non-existent. I put a £200 holding deposit down and requested this the day after the test drive only to be told the boss was on holiday and he was the only one who could refund it. I was given no timescale when I would expect my money to be returned to me. I phoned back later that day to ask for an update only to be told that the boss was on holiday so he would see to it when he sees to it. I will admit i have eventually gotten my money back. But I should have been notified when placing the deposit that there would be a delay in the refund due to the boss going on holiday. The guy I spoke to was very patronising calling me “darling” or talking down to me. He assumed straight away on the return from the test drive that I was having the car, I felt pressured and if it wasn’t for my friend being there I think I’d have struggled to know what to do.UPDATE: because I left a bad review I received a text message from the garage asking why when I’ve received my deposit back. I never gave permission to be contacted and it’s very unprofessional and confrontational.The garage is supposed to be AA approved but I have provided feedback to the AA and even the AA worker I spoke to found my experience very unprofessional to the point the AA are going to re-risk assess this garage.

Absolutely brilliant service couldn't fault this garage at all. Josh really couldn't do enough for me no pressure sale and extremely helpful. Would 100% recommend this garage. It's always daunting buying a used car from a garage but rest assured with this garage you will have nothing to worry about !! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

AMAZING CARS, AMAZING SERVICE, Just purchased a BMW convertible for my son, this was worth the 11 hr round trip from Scotland to collect the car as it exceeded all of our expectations, I would highly recommend Josh and Dave , they sell decent cars that are well priced and affordable for any budget, my son traded in his 2009 Ford Fiesta, a price was agreed over the phone and we were happy with the offer. The transaction was seamless and I don't remember the last time i saw my son smile so much. The grin never left his face all the way back to Scotland... Great experience, get down there and grab yourself a bargain !!!!

Bought a nice little Peugeot from here today, everything as described at initial enquiry. smooth service and he went the extra mile to make sure everything was in order for my drive home ( 3 hour drive back home). Sorted me out. Lovely little place. Will no doubt be back when I need to.

100% recommended garage. Reserved the car no deposit put no pressure on sale and made the transaction really smooth. Gave full details and allowed full inspection and test drive. Was a really nice genuine salesman and easy to deal with
