Excellent service when car broke down near Omagh this week. Tow truck arrived in 40 minutes. I was towed to Omagh where the problem was diagnosed and resolved. Everyone involved was calm, reassuring and first class.

In a worrying time MIS staff put me at ease and put everything in place to take care of my damaged car. I hope that my insurance company and repair centre are equally good. Many thanks to Sandra from MIS claims.

I had been involved in a collision with a lorry. Initially overwhelmed with all the phone calls and hassle that was involved with my insurer, I instead contacted MIS upon recommendation by a friend. I had the unfortunate experience of someone crashing into the back of my car and my insurance company referred me to MIS Claims and I am so glad they did. From the first phone call they were friendly, compassionate, professional and talked me through step by step what was going to happen and what to expect with the next steps of the process. They arranged an inspection of my car by an accident repair company that was close to my home, sorted a replacement car and took over every part of my claim with the other party. They took care of everything! Being involved in a car accident is a very stressful experience but MIS reduced that level of stress for me and I would have no hesitation in highly recommending them. Absolutely amazing service!!I was referred to MIS claims after another driver cut across my path and we collided. The people I was in contact with from MIS claims were just fantastic, Christina was the 1st person I was talking to and she was great on the phone, she made me feel at ease everytime I was talking to her. Chris Bell was the person I was talking to the most as he was dealing with my claim. He was just brilliant and as I said above about Christina he always made me feel at ease and explained all the processes clearly so I understood everything that was going to happen. So my accident happened at the end of November and I was informed yesterday that it had been settled so taking xmas and new year holidays into account it was settled very quicky!I would reccomend MIS claims to anybody who has been in an accident and it wasnt their fault.Thankyou again MIS claims.

My vehicle was involved in a hit & run while parked outside my house. Within two hours of reporting this to MIS my car had been lifted and taken to a garage, and a replacement car had been delivered to me. Excellent service by Alison and her team. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.My husband unfortunately was hit by a drunk driver, who then fled the scene, leaving the passenger in his car unconscious.I contacted MIS Claims the next morning and by lunch time they had delivered a new 7 seater to our door.It took almost 3 years for the other driver to be prosecuted so his insurance company could not deal with our claim till then.MIS Claims and the solicitor they appointed looked after us from start to finish, reasurring us and talking us through everything.I would definitely recommend MIS claims to anyone who may be in the unfortunate position of being involved in an accident..

My car was written off by a guy who ran a red light, and I discovered just how complex the entire process becomes in these cases. I could not believe the number of phone calls involved, and the number of different people I ended up dealing with. As just one example, I had four separate offers of loan car from different parties! Fortunately MIS Claims were involved, and they kept me right on the best way to move forward.
