Would avoid. I had a merc off them back in February, had to meet half way to exchange cars. They made up faults with my bmw to try and knock money off. Finally managed to get away then 2 days later I got home to a £100 fine from the services car park because they turned up 2 hours late, they then refused to help pay the fine. 5 days in, the headlamp of my merc completely stopped working, I rang them for help and they said it’s wear and tear. The cost for the part is £900 alone so I could not afford to have it fixed, and they refused. It’s now been 3 months and it’s the finance company who has had to pay out for the fault to be fixed, so I’ve spent the last 3 months with no functioning headlamp and indicator. All I saw was good reviews about them so I was so shocked with their appalling service, they’re so condensing to women so I suggest you take a man with you. I tried rejecting the vehicle so many times it’s been an absolute nightmare from start to finish. No doubt they may see this and try and deny it so thankfully I still have all screenshots and correspondence.

I had a few issues with the car I brought but I have to give credit it’s all sorted now they don’t just sell you a car they honour their warranty happy to recommend to any one

Worst experience of my life. Paid £16,000 for a car that’s incapable of doing a journey without breaking down. Car was picked up to go back for repair, parts that were replaced was used parts. Still to this day I’m having further issues with the car and it breaking down on most journeys it takes.

I have bought a BMW 5.20d from them. It is very good condition for interior and exterior. They were really interested. I especially thank to Adam for his wonderful management of the all process.

Was giving my car as a P/X. Then a week later asked if I can give to family member, and advised by Peter, 1k on top for Jaguar.Now pulled out & unwinding Deal, Mark is a complete liar & a Disgrace to CAR Nation, go elsewhereHappy to discuss with anyone who wants to know. The worst experience I had we this company.I bought an Audi Q7 from them 15.000£.We did part exchange with an old car.The car was advertised as a good car.The next day found some oil liq.Took the car to the garage and OMG. The mechanic told us the car is got too many issues.We took the car back but they said cannot accept back and said to check the invoice.On our invoice: the mileage were 30000 less and there was a NoTE: THIS CAR IS NOT WORTHY for the ROAD.They sold a car completely destroyed inside for 15.000£.When we contact I was met with ignorance, stupidity, naivity and rudeness.Legal action being persued as the purchase is covered by consumer rights.

I very rarely give reviews immediately human nature being what it is, this time I'll make an exception.After a great many years of using Car sales and receiving the usual pitch that gets a car sold it was a great relief and piece of mind dealing with these guys. Their friendliness isn't a falsehood they genuinely know the cars what ever make/model, the car I bought was for my young daughter, no request was too much problem, I pointed out items not present they sourced replacements, drove off the forecourt and as you do with pre-owned cars days later found other minor issues, a quick chat saw everything rectified.These guys are good, honest business men and it shows in their attitude to each individual customer no request within reason is too much, if you happen to find the gates closed during opening hours thats because they're helping someone overcome an issue or at the auctions finding a car asked for.

Worst experience of my life and caused so much stress.Purchased a car in June, went wrong on day one, has been back 4 times in total for repairs. Have today had an independent mechanic report number 2 which has stated that the car has been involved in an accident, the front end has damage, the repair have been done with 2nd hand parts and it is NOT fit for purpose. Carnation had my car for 2 weeks to repair" and sadly

Sold me a car that was unroadworthy and not fit for purpose then refused to accept a return. Legal Action pending.When i viewed the vehicle all 4 wheels were scrap. They offered to have them refurbished but just painted the faces. A sharp edge was left on one wheel wich cut into the tyre causing a puncture. When i took the car for a new tyre it was discovered that the wheel had been cracked and welded twice before, was now cracked in a third place and was bent in several places. Being a dangerous defect and MOT failure ths garage wouldnt allow the car to be collected.I sent multiple emails requesting a return as it had only been 3 or 4 DAYS since purchase but i was met with ignorance, stupidity, naivity and rudeness.Legal action being persued as the pufchase is covered by consumer rights. These theives owe me £7500 of my hard earned money. Absolute scumbags and scammers.Dodgy cars, hidden faults and dishonesty. STAY AWAY.*1 star only because you cant leave 0*
