Vets Now Lincoln

Amazing service from these guys! Rue had been taken into the vets extremely unwell and had to stay in for 4 days where the amazing staff from vets now took over his care every night of his stay.They kept me informed of his condition regularly and explained all treatments they needed to undertake for Rue! They were an integral part of getting Rue back on his feet and he is now home, happy and healthy!

My cat needed emergency treatment and the vet here was absolutely brilliant. Both he and the other staff were thoughtful, honest and most importantly caring throughout her treatment.

Despite signs saying pets will be triaged on arrival it was over an hour before anyone first looked at our cat. We left the cat with the vet to do blood tests, when she came back 2 injections had been given without consent. When the bill arrived we were charged twice for blood tests, one was refunded when questioned as to why the double charge. The costs are significantly high enough for these emergency vets without extra charges. Despite saying repeatedly about no insurance, we continued to be given information about how to claim on insurance. On a positive note, diagnosis appears to have been good and recovery seems to be continuing.

The staff were all lovely and were great with our dog. We were seen to very promptly didn't wait long at all. The vet was brilliant and sorted treatment for our dog straight away. Even though it was very expensive (as out of hours) we were pleased with the result. Thankyou

My cat was seriously ill and got transferred from my local vets as they don’t do out of hour emergency care. She was there for 4 days and I cannot fault the care and compassion given to her and us as a family. We had daily calls and updates from the vet on call and he kept me posted on her progress. She was found to only have one kidney when she was there too ! Thank you for everything you did for her. Enya is doing amazingly well considering how sick she was. 109% recommend. Thank you

Lovely staff, very friendly, not too professional (and I mean that in the best possible way! No one wants overly professional staff that can’t laugh!) made both me and my pooch feel at ease, despite the emergency appointment! My only issue is with the price! I understand that we attended out of hours, but for a 10 min appointment and 5 days worth of pain relief, it cost an outrageous £366! And appears to be some hidden costs on the invoice. Medications alone were around £8 and £20, each one had an added on “service” charge of £16 and £20?! Although I do appreciate you pay extra for out of hours services, I do think this is a little ridiculous for 10th a work for someone!

To be fair my experience wasn’t greatAs I felt my dog needed a c sectionShe was insured and the vet told me insurance wouldn’t cover this ! I knew they would , he chose to inject herShe did have one pup there the sac of fluid had been visible over two hours without a pup and when pup was born there was still sac of fluid. Which wasn’t right I got told to go home she should be fine next pup 4 hours later dead and 3 hours later dead and 2 hours later another gasping for life I got a swab cleared its mouth warmed up and survivedAlso charged me £336 which included admin for insurance.. I put my claim in with my insurance same night around 23:00 and money was paid at01:01 2 hours later!! So I want my admin fee back and to be fair should compensate the two dead pups ! As she was insured and they did pay within 2 hours (many pets ) amazing

The service was great and very friendly. Being a Sunday there was only one vet working so there was a wait but we expected that.The only negative is the one I'm sure everyone mentions, the cost. I'm afraid there is no justifying the amount an out of hours emergency consultation costs and then the cost of meds and admin fees on top. People from all walks of life with a wide spectrum of finances want to give the best care to their pets, it's really not fair that such an extortionate amount is charged when most people live on the bare minimum. We all have the right to love and care for our pets, please don't make it such a worry and struggle for most people.You all do an exeptional and important job but please don't take advantage of this.

The care here is phenomenal. The staff are so friendly and calming, we never felt like we didn’t know what was going on and were given a number to call during the night at any time so we could check on our dog. The staff have remembered her by name even 2 weeks later and it clearly shows that they put the utmost care into each and every patient. Thank you all so much. Moose is now back to her usual happy self!
