Booked my bike in for a gear service. Only took five minutes as they just needed adjusting. Very helpful staff who gave me other advice about my bike without me asking.Also picked up some Cat Eye bike lights, that are currently on offer, and I would highly recommend them. Halfords have a wide selection of lights and other bike accessories - everything you could need to get started.

Poor customer service with a don't care attitude.Ask if a colleague could fit wiper blades and was told 45minute wait with no apology.The staff just don't care.

Very quick service, friendly and helpful. First time we've used the bulb fitting service. Would say would benefit from slight discount for both sides as £9 for each is quite expensive.
