The service was good and covid friendly, the service was great but the standard of food was below par. Salt and chilli chicken and chips had zero taste. Fairly affordable but not enough flavour or spice for my liking

Honest review! I've ordered from here a couple of times. The first time it was just about edible. I gave them another go last night and it was exactly the same except this time I put it in the bin. I had made my order and asked how long it would be. 5 minutes was the timing. Clearly wasnt fresh. The only thing that was ok was the chips.

The Chinese food served here is nothing short of excellent. There is wide variety of choices, with over 180 items on the menu, that cater to all sorts of dietary requirements. The chefs are warm and friendly and the food is done quickly. The portions are enormous! And it still tastes nice at breakfast the next day. I have spoken to many people from the nearby town of Ashburton who choose to come to Buckfastleigh for their Chinese food as it is so nice. On the weekend the wait can be long, but that is only because of the massive number of people ordering up. But trust me, it is well worth the wait. 10/10, best Chinese food I’ve ever had.

Constantly great food, always full of flavour and fresh. Lovely staff, friends travel far just for the food and salt and chilli chips are a firm favourite. :)

I have no idea why anyone would give this place a one-star review! We have been eating food from there for over a year and have found it, without exception, to be well-prepared and tasty. In addition, we have never experienced any stomach problems resulting from eating their food. The establishment is popular and well-regarded locally, and I have no hesitation in awarding them five stars. Definitely recommended!

Amazing food which is full of flavour and delicious fresh vegetables, the dishes are packed full to the brim for a decent price. I've tried many different Chinese takeaways but always end up coming back to this one. 10/10
