Complete lack of customer service when my wife walked into the garage having broken down and distressed while on holiday in the area. She was told there was nothing could be done to help as they were far to busy and when asked about other garages in the area suggested one 2 miles away even though she was on foot! Let 's hope they are never in a position to need assistance in a strange area and are met with the same attitude. Thankfully the tyre garage across the road were only to willing to help and drove my wife back to the car and resolved the problem and didn't want to take any payment. A lesson in customer service for you I think!

Let us down after having daughters car for 4 days mot ready for France not done ? Need an exhaust and wiper blades rang up Friday 2 days before France after ringing them again the car will not be ready!! What !!! We're regular clients, bad attitude not interested did not care sod you attitude!!!! terrible service, use JT motors Haverfordwest brilliant they were the best all sorted phew

I take my vehicles here all the time. They are spot on with the MOT. So when your car has passed here, then you KNOW that your car is safe. They are very thorough and good. Hence they are always busy. So book in advance.

Proper garage with honest mechanics who have been fixing cars for yonks. Usually busy, but they do their best to fit customers in. Had a serious problem with our much-hated Navara, and Nissan quoted a ridiculously high price for a replacement assembly (only one component of which had actually failed). When I pointed David towards a specialist engineering company which fabricates individual components, he was able to fix the problem with a parts and labour price less than the pre-VAT price of the Nissan part alone.
