Large open areas with great views and good acess.Popular with dog walkers and also for a nice stroll.

Nice for a short amble/dog walk but too many paths with cars on. Leads to bigger areas and possible to extend but neatly always a very busy road to cross at some points.

Pockets of open heathland with scrub, ponds and secondary woodland that's great for walks. Designated a Site of Nature Conservation Importance (SNCI) on account of its valuable mix of habitats and the flora and fauna that these support. The woodland includes species such as the Lesser Spotted Woodpecker and Willow Warbler, whilst the heathland supports species such as the Yellowhammer, Stonechat, Linnet and Skylark.Many of the ponds are small and seasonal, but Stafford Lake is a permanent wetland feature providing food and shelter for Kingfishers and Grey Herons.

Beautiful place to visit and spend a warm afternoon. Especially for couples, very romantic place to walk but a place you could take the family or go by yourself and equally enjoy. Quiet and peaceful you could quite easily sit down and drift off asleep. Have a look and you'll see for yourself.

It was lashing down with rain, so made it easy to park. Needed somewhere to walk the dog. Great little find when I am in Bisley shooting
