Probably the worst transport company around. Buses often late, never turn up and extremely infrequent. A few drivers very polite, most arrogant with 0 customer service. I use stagecoach when possible, much better.

Today's driver told me I have to pay cash to get a ticket which I require for a receipt. Very rude unhelpful, bus 9 at 9.45am today Jimmy Hill going to hospital yet last week I asked for the same request and the driver was helpful and gave me what I needed. Strange how one person's attitude is different and can pull down a company. Tied phoning through and got cut off not sure if there's a phone error or another company who don't take calls therefore thought review would be better. I was trying to not use my car but it looks like if this is what you get, your better of in a car!!

Bus drivers often have a bad attitude and the buses do not follow timetables... Even during peak hours... Bus are often packed because of several bus just not turning up at all (since sometimes they get delayed for up to 15 mins and sometimes they just don't turn up at all). Wouldn't recommend really.

Hospital buses are always pulled leaving a lot of hospital workers stranded in the cold waiting for a bus to actually turn up.The 8 is a joke of a service 3 buses arrived with “Coventry” on the front from allesley park which just immediately means they’ve been pulled . Absolute nightmare of a company. I really hope they go bankrupt or something, I feel like whoever runs this joint is seriously rejoicing seeing their passengers suffer while they sit on a pile of cash.Overpriced fares and passes, specially for students, are just the top of the iceberg. National Express in the WM provides the worst public transportation services I’ve ever experienced (and trust me, I’ve had my fair share of them).The bus frequencies are very sparse, and even then you can’t trust any of the posted schedules as they are completely unreliable. Many times, the scheduled bus won’t even come at all, leaving you waiting in England’s freezing fog for sometimes up to an hour for a bus to show up, only to see it full of sweaty drunk first year students which means the bus won’t be picking up any more passengers. Not to mention that a few of their drivers are anything but nice, but I can imagine that working for such an evil firm must not be very nice so I don’t really blame them.I wish I could leave negative infinity stars.

Tried to complain via web site but form not working.Once again 21 bus service running between 8 and 28 minutes late Wood end to Willenhall. No explanation on web site. Can see lots of complaints from other users of 21 bus service - Some buses now up to 35 minutes late!!You are now so unreliable I am scared to make appointments at hospital as I do not know if I will get there on time. I need to add 1 hour in journey time due to knock on affectFeel let down by you and becoming more isolated as there is less trust in your company

I'm standing here waiting for a 21 bus to willenhall, I've been standing here for over 40 minutes! One bus has been and would only let 2 of us on due to the bus being full that was 20 minutes ago!! Now the app is saying the bus isn't due until 19:41! What the hell is going on with the 21 service!

I studied in Coventry around 2013/14 and lived in that city. Oh, what a terrible people. I never forget the hatred and racism I experienced there. From the bus drivers to random passengers, neighbors everyone was unwelcoming, especially the old ones. I will never even pass by these miserable place again.

Absolute joke of a company. Was waiting for 1hr at a stop which was still showing the bus arriving. No signs at the stops, no notification online. Had to call up and was told to go to a few stops down the way. Saw a bus approaching and made a run there only for the driver to shut the door in my face. Literally no consideration for the travellers at any point.

Absolutely diabolical service on the number 3 from the university hospital its a joke. They send it when it suits them. My son has special needs and goes to his school on this buss. Or should I say he doesn't go because of this service
